Rick Daunno was responsible for the construction of approximately 1,000,000 SF of commercial Office Buildings while working as a partner of Cali Associates. He has been building residential homes with his brothers for the last 15 years.
	65 Jackson Drive, Cranford, NJ 80,000 SF multi tenant office building.
	287 Corporate Center, Bridgewater, NJ 280,000 SF office building with full parking on the basement level.
	95 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City, NJ 615,000 SF high rise office building with a 6 story attached parking garage, nine retail stores and improvements to the Path Train station. The Pershing Division of D L J was the anchor tenant taking 300,000 SF.
